Brandy’s homes is a partnership between investors and construction companies, which can provide unique opportunities to home buyers. Investors buy properties and make them available directly to you. These properties range from rentals, to empty lots, to existing renovation projects. Our construction partners can either build your home from our existing plans, you can use your own custom plans, or we provide custom plans. You can also buy lots directly from us and use your own contractor. We also buy homes renovate them and either resell them or rent them.
